I am frustrated!
I work out…(ok try really hard to) three to four days a week…some weeks it is less because of the SONS schedules…but we don’t sit on our butts…we rarely eat out any more and we are aware of what we put in our mouths. I hate what I see. More so when I look at a photo of myself…MIDDLE child will take photo of me and then proudly show me…Lately, I pretend to look and be pleased, while keeping my eyes off the screen.
There are some morning I get out of shower and think…HHMMM…maybe I have lost something…but the next day that feeling of optimism is GONE, like THE WIND.
I am so very aware of the “pouch”…I have developed…No number of sit ups seems to help. Yes, I am stressing HUGE!
We are taking our first ADULTS ONLY vacation (AKA belated honeymoon) in 7 weeks! We will be on a beach in the Domincan for 8 days…and I have to wear a swim suit…I am going to say that the weight gain is seriously the ONLY bad thing about no longer smoking…going on a year and a half and I feel great…other than this extra weight…
Any diets that really work? I am not going to become a work-out-fanatic, I honestly don’t want it to consume my life…I don’t want to turn into one of these people that all they have to talk about is dieting and working out…but I want to find something that works, that is practical…so many of these “diets” have you eating exotic foods, that I can’t even pronounce, and I am pretty sure my dog wouldn’t even eat.
